Where can I find logs for SCIM requests?

The IGA Dashboard tab in Digidentity's Self Service Portal (SSP) provides a comprehensive overview of all IGA SCIM requests. These requests are filterable by success/failure, request type, and date. For more detailed information (including request data), simply click on a specific request.

Who can I contact for help?

Digidentity's Customer Success team will serve as your direct point of contact for all questions regarding Digidentity SCIM services. Should your query require further input from our Implementation or Development teams, your query will be escalated internally as necessary.

For questions or issues regarding your SCIM application and its configuration, please contact your SCIM application's vendor support directly.

Are other authentication methods available?

Digidentity only offers authentication via Bearer token at this time. It is not yet possible to authenticate via the OAuth 2.0 client_credentials grant.

When can we move to production?

Once you are satisfied with your results in the pre-production environment, please contact our Customer Success department to notify them that you are ready to move to production.

Once all relevant documentation has been organised, our implementation team will provide you with the necessary production credentials.
